Any substantial change involving additional fees will be communicated in advance.

4. Account Security and Intellectual Property

5. Attendance Requirements

Learners must maintain at least 85% attendance across scheduled live sessions. Attendance will be determined using InGrade's official records. Recorded classes do not replace mandatory live attendance unless InGrade approves an alternative in writing. Learners falling below 85% attendance will not be eligible for certification or third-party examination nomination until they fulfil the applicable requirements.

6. Examinations and No-Reattempt Policy

Learners must attempt and pass every mandatory module examination and final examination, wherever applicable, with a minimum score of 85% in each mandatory examination.
